Daily Withdrawal Limits

Once a user reaches their daily withdrawal limit, they will not be able to withdraw additional cryptocurrency assets until the next daily cycle.

  00:00:00 (UTC) – 23:59:59 (UTC)
  
  

• The limit resets automatically at the start of the next cycle.
  
  

If you need to process a withdrawal that exceeds your daily limit, please contact the Customer Support to apply for an exception.
