Through this service, users can use the Buy feature to deposit THB and purchase USDT, or the Sell feature to sell USDT and withdraw MMK.

Here is how the Cash Teller service works:

1. Buy: Buying USDT with THB

Users can use THB to purchase USDT.

Step 1: Access Buy: Click "Buy/Sell Crypto" in the navigation bar and select "Buy."
Step 2: Get a Quote: Enter the amount of THB currency you wish to pay, then click "Get Quote."
Step 3: Confirm and Process Payment: Review your transaction details. Please note that the final amount of USDT you receive will be calculated based on the real-time exchange rate at the moment you arrive at the counter.
Step 4: Contact Support for Location: Click the chat icon to contact the Support team. A representative will provide the nearest NexU Cash Teller physical location.
Step 5: Visit the Cash Teller Branch: Save your transaction information or take a screenshot, then proceed to the designated physical service point.
Step 6: Transaction Confirmation: Once the payment is processed successfully, you can view your balance in your wallet and begin trading.

2. Sell: Withdrawing Fiat Cash

Users can sell USDT and receive MMK cash at a physical location.

Step 1: Access Sell: Click "Buy/Sell Crypto" in the navigation bar and select "Sell."
Step 2: Get a Quote: Enter the amount of USDT you wish to sell, then click "Get Quote."
Step 3: Confirm and Process Payment: Review your transaction details. The final MMK amount received will be based on the real-time exchange rate upon arrival at the counter.
Step 4: Contact Support for Location: Contact the Support team to obtain information regarding the nearest NexU Cash Teller physical branch.
Step 5: Visit the Cash Teller Branch: Bring your transaction information to the designated physical service point.
Step 6: Transaction Confirmation: Once the transaction is processed, the USDT will be deducted from your account, and the teller will provide you with the corresponding cash.
